Welcome to Teylo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teylo website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Teylo Pty Ltd ("Teylo", "we", "us", or "our").

Teylo is a marketplace platform that connects property seekers with real estate agents and property owners. Teylo is not the selling agent and does not participate in property transactions. All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer/tenant and the listing agent or property owner.

2.2 Agent Responsibilities

Agents listing properties on Teylo are solely responsible for:

  • Holding a valid real estate licence or certificate of registration in their state or territory
  • Maintaining valid authority to sell or lease properties they list
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
  • The accuracy and completeness of their property listings
  • Proper conduct in all dealings with potential buyers or tenants

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Property listings on our Service are provided by real estate agents and third parties. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any listing information. You should verify all information independently before making any decisions.

2.4 Compliance and Dispute Resolution

Teylo may request documents from agents or users for compliance verification or dispute resolution purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, authority to sell/lease documents, licence verification, or other documentation as required. Failure to provide requested documents may result in listing removal or account suspension.

2.5 No Real Estate Advice

Teylo is a technology platform that connects property seekers with real estate professionals. We do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making property decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Teylo and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Teylo. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEYLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
